We are seeking a experienced and driven Campaign Specialist who will be responsible for creating and developing an overall campaign strategy within the Group; developing, producing and driving marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C brands, managing all activities in the campaign life-cycle.
With a passion for driving customer acquisition, loyalty, conversion and brand equity across a range of channels (including email, text, digital, print, outdoor and social), the Campaign Specialist will be highly creative, pro-active and hands-on.
-Develop an overall campaign strategy and tactical plans enabling you to connect together multiple streams and initiatives for each business within the Group, aligned to our overall strategic approach.
-Manage and undertake all activities in the campaign life-cycle; insight, develop, deliver, monitor and evaluate
-Set up and control of management tools and creating project plans, timing plans, and status reports for stakeholders
-Responsible for the set up and driving initiatives/projects from strategy and concept through to production and delivery
-Develop a robust process for data checking/data enhancements/compliance such as opt out lists/general daily data selection
-Design and development of relevant marketing materials, initiatives and campaigns to support the achievement of appropriate business targets and strategic network partnerships
-Drive detailed multi-task projects, priorities, schedules, and deliverable’s
-Ensure all activities undertaken are compliant and adhere to the relevant policies and procedures of the business
-Work with other key marketing stakeholders to ensure the company optimize customer journeys and deliver ROI. Manage third party partners and suppliers to ensure effective delivery of integrated multi-channel communications and campaign activities.
-Working with other members of the team, collate analyse and interpret appropriate relevant campaign management information.
-Build a strong business acumen across the groups companies to enable you to apply deep commercial understanding of campaign requirements
-Support, where relevant the group change programme, and projects that are being deployed by the marketing department.
-At least 3 years’ experience of managing marketing campaigns from creation to execution
-Experience in a multi-channel marketing role
-Demonstrable ability to track and measure ROI for campaigns and create a reporting process
-Working knowledge of campaign management tools (e.g. Campaign Monitor, Hootsuite, Lead Forensics, etc.)
-Excellent content and copywriting skills
-Ability to develop compelling and clear marketing and creative briefs, adept at building, designing and delivering presentations
-Ability to manage complex program details while considering each elements impact on the big picture
-Creatively solve problems and manage requirements through negotiation, tact and diplomacy in a fast-paced, pressured and changing environments
-Strong stakeholder and project management skills with experience of creating project plans including statements of work, timing plans and status reports for stakeholders
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
-Highly organised and proactive with a hands-on approach and collaborative working style; self-starter with ability to plan, prioritise and adapt to changing requirements
-Ability to assess next steps when receiving conflicting feedback or unclear direction from a variety of stakeholders
-Innovative thinker with a creative flair; ability to adapt your style to different target audiences or products
-Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel) with at least an intermediate level of Excel
-Both B2B and B2C Marketing experience
-B2B experience in SAAS or Professional Services
-Experience using project/process management tools
-Advanced knowledge of Excel (Macros, V-Lookups, advanced data manipulation, etc.)
Hours of Work
Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch (Mon-Thurs) and 8.30am – 5.00pm with 30 minutes for lunch (Fri)
